Location: the suburbs of Berlin, Falkensee (Land – Brandenburg).
The project provides for the construction of:
– 4 houses (house number 1 – 1 081,64 sq.m., house number 2 – 728,30 sq.m., house number 3 – 894,38 sq.m., house number 4 – 894,12 sq.m.);
– 2 underground parking lots for 45 cars;
– children’s playground.
The construction of commercial premises that would occupy 30% of the total area of the residential complex is also allowed.
2 of 4 proposed to be built buildings are also well suited for the creation on their basis of the hotel or nursing home.

The city has a well-developed infrastructure. There are: 5 elementary school, 3 secondary schools, a gymnasium, 11 kindergartens, sports centers, outdoor swimming pool, museum, cinema, city library, equipment for skating and BMX bicycles. Next to the complex is a train station, from which you can reach the center of Berlin by train in 20 minutes. Trains also run to Nauen, Wittenberg, Neuruppin, Hennigsdorf, Wismar, and Cottbus. Spandau is about 10 minutes away by car. Berlin Tegel Airport can be reached in 30 minutes and Berlin-Schönefeld Airport in about 60 minutes by train. There are bus connections to Potsdam, Berlin and the surrounding area.
Falkenze is a city in Brandenburg, is the fastest growing city in Germany (since 1990, the population has doubled and is currently over 40 thousand people). It is located to the west of Berlin, directly on the urban border of the Spandau district. Falkenze has many green areas for recreation. The development is dominated by one- and two-family homes.
